Practice drills to help you manage your team
We all know that practice makes perfect -- but what makes for perfect practice drills?
New coaches often struggle to find that right mix of keeping kids entertained, while teaching them the proper techniques of the game. But, eventually, every veteran coach finds that one special exercise, pattern or technique that players really latch onto.
If you have a drill or exercise that's had a big effect on how you coach, we'd love to hear about it!
